Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal & Returns:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it, without giving any reason. Under European Union consumer protection rules, this right of withdrawal applies to customers in the EU.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing calynthsupport@gmail.com with your order number and whether you want a return or an exchange.
2. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the items back to us.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We may refuse or partially refund items that show signs of wear, washing or damage not caused by us.

Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the item is defective or was delivered in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to CALYNTH.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return (or proof that you have shipped it), we will inspect the items and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice of return. Since shipping is free on all orders, there are no delivery charges to refund.

Exchanges:
If you would like a different size or item, contact us at calynthsupport@gmail.com and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at calynthsupport@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, and items returned without their tags or original packaging, cannot be accepted.
