Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. It updates at every scan.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on a weekend start on the next business day.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should come back unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. To start, email vmmagr666@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked, usually within 5-7 business days of arrival.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays
Peak periods, customs checks and carrier disruption can extend the delivery window. If your tracking has not moved for more than five business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.
