Right of Withdrawal, Returns & exchanges

Under European Union consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange:

1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@calynth.com with your order number and intention to return or exchange.

2. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the items back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or delivered in error, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to CALYNTH.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the returned goods or evidence of return shipping. The refund will include original delivery charges (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option).

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Peak periods, customs checks and carrier disruption can extend the delivery window. If your tracking has not moved for more than five business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
